Return & Exchange Policy

At Nature Bite, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, certain return conditions apply.

1. Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

The product is damaged during delivery

Wrong product was delivered

Product is expired upon delivery

Package is tampered or defective

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

Opened food products

Perishable items

Products damaged after delivery

Items without original packaging

3. Return Request Timeline

Customers must report issues within:

24 hours of delivery for fresh/perishable items

48 hours for packaged products

Requests made beyond this period may not be accepted.

4. Proof Requirement

To process a return or exchange, customers may need to provide:

Order number

Photos/videos of the product

Packaging condition images

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:

5 to 7 business days

In some cases, store credit or replacement products may be offered instead of refunds.

6. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged based on stock availability.

Nature Bite reserves the right to deny exchanges if products appear used, opened, or intentionally damaged.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
